Our Story
Every dealership I’ve spoken to refers to the CSI challenge as “the game.” I couldn’t agree more, and it’s rigged against you in favor of the customer and the manufacturer. We game the system back in your favor.
In January of 2017, I was hired by a local Mercedes-Benz dealer to fix their CSI problem. They had missed their 2016 Q4 objective, and I had one job- make sure it never happened again. That dealership was doing everything right. They had good people, good processes, and they genuinely cared about and took care of their customers. So what were they doing wrong?
They didn’t have a game plan. They, like most dealerships, put forth their best effort to treat their customers well and did their best to get surveys back – all in hopes those efforts would be enough to carry their CSI. It wasn’t. Over the next six months, I devised and implemented a process and strategy that took that dealership’s CSI from the 9th percentile to the 87th, nationwide. That dealership never worried about CSI again.
The CSI Tech program is the program I developed for that dealership, fine-tuned over hundreds of thousands of customers and surveys, customized for your business. I’ve seen firsthand the results this program will have on your dealership — not just profitability from CSI related incentives from manufacturers, but also the impact it will have on dealership staff and management when the burden of CSI is off their shoulders.
I urge you to reach out to me so I can show you how CSI Tech can restore your profitability, operational efficiency, and control of your dealership by giving you a competitive advantage in the CSI game.
Thanks for visiting, and I look forward to hearing from you.

What Our Clients Have to Say
About Me
I’ve been into cars as long as I can remember. My subscription to Road & Track started in high school in the early 90s, arguably the golden age of exotic cars such as the MkIV Toyota Supra, Acura NSX, Porsche 959, Lamborghini Diablo, and the Ferrari Testarossa.
My first project car was a 1992 Acura Integra that I turboed when I graduated high school, and I never looked back. My current projects are a Lexus GX460 with an aggressive offroad build and an Aprilia Tuono for carving up the mountain roads over my home in Boulder, CO.
In what feels like my past life I managed bike and ski shops for a number of years, and am still an avid cyclist (road, mountain, and gravel), skier, and fly fisherman.
I’m blessed with a beautiful family: my wife Skye, Keiran (9), Claire (6), and Sammie (2). We love exploring our home state of Colorado and beyond, and spend most of our summer weekends camping and offroading together.
